E-Pay Healthroster

What is E-Pay Healthroster?

E-Pay Healthroster is used to gather Time and Attendance (T&A) data and electronic Expenses claims, as well as automatically rostering some staff and providing a tool to manage the Clinical Bank. The data collected in E-Pay Healthroster is extracted and then transferred into ESR (our workforce and payroll system) for payment. E-Pay Healthroster is divided into the following separate areas:

E-Pay Healthroster - Manager
Used to collect T&A data for all staff (we used to use a nominal roll to collect this data). Luke Thornley

E-Pay Healthroster - EOL Employee On Line – where staff book annual leave, and enter and submit their Expense claims and managers approve them.
Rostered staff can see their future rostered shifts.
Workers signed up for the Trust Bank can book to work available shifts.
E-Rostering / Nurse Bank For staff who work in Inpatient and 24/7 services - this includes an automated rostering feature that helps the Trust reduce staffing costs
